VACANCY: Accounts Clerk – Bank Reconciliation

THE Zimbabwe National Roads Administration (ZINARA) is a Zimbabwean parastatal responsible for the management, maintenance and development of Zimbabwe’s national road network.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • The position exists to process, verify and reconcile input documentation.
  • Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation, and data.
  • Reconcile and rectify customer ledger accounts, accounts receivable records with accounts payable, the incumbent shall be reporting to the Financial Controller Cashbooks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Cash and bank reconciliations.
2. Filing financial documents.
3. Capturing and posting of journals.
4. Reconciliation of prepayment transactions.
5. Preparation of treasury reports.
