HEWITT COLENBRANDER IS RECRUITING: ARTISAN ELECTRICIAN

Purpose of the job:

Maintenance Foreman – Electrical, will be responsible for the maintenance and repairing electrical equipment such as motors, control panels, switchgear and other allied electrical equipment.
Required Qualifications

N4 Certificate is Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Successfully completed an apprenticeship as an Electrician
Trade test certificate as an Artisan Electrician
In possession of a wireman’s license / Installation rules

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy engineering environment
Experience in HT Reticulation, PLC (Siemens) and AC Drives
Experience in Planned Maintenance Systems
Good maintenance experience in AC motors
Construction work, such as installing cable racks, installing switchgear etc.
Correct wiring diagrams after making alterations to the circuit.
Synchronizing and disconnecting Powerhouse alternators

Willing to live in rural, Northern Zululand
