The Manager of this department should be able to :
Translate the focus and direction and strategy into a working, always available IT department.
Ensure that all remote offices are online and operational through loadshedding and other infrastructure challenges.
Able to design and report on critical IT operational statistics.
Have knowledge of IT requirements in education, retail, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Able to motivate, support, manage performance of a small, dedicated team to ensure delivery in a high paced environment.

Following industry specific software applications for support purposes :
GSI Software (Audera, Audiostar, GSI Suite, Audiotrac),
Audioscan and other custom software used in the group, e.g., Adobe Connect and Saspac used at Eduplex.
