Senior French Speaking Sales Person with an Asset Management background

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales French Speaking person with a strong background in asset management to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the asset management sector. This person will collaborate closely with the executive team to develop sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. This role requires a proven track record in successfully closing high-value deals and an in-depth understanding of asset management products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the asset management sector.

2. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to expand client base.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.

5. Actively manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and reporting on sales activities and revenue projections.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to proactively identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the organization’s offerings and build relationships.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns that best showcase the company’s asset management capabilities.

9. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to drive their performance and professional growth.

10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, keeping updated on asset management industry regulations, products, and services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on asset management products and services.

3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the asset management sector.

4. Strong network of contacts within the asset management industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to generate new business.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations.

6. In-depth understanding of asset management products, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity.

7. Solid knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry regulations.

8. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and tailor solutions to client needs.

10. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to effectively manage the sales process and track progress.
