We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to provide key support services to the Automation team. This role has been created to ensure the efficient workflow and work management of the team and allow the technical specialist to focus on what they do best. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries so being a “people person” is a must for this role.

This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role for a highly organised and energetic professional who thrives in fast-past environments. If you are a project coordinator/junior project manager or come from a planning/scheduling background- this could be the role for you!

Reporting to the Superintendent and alongside engineers, tradespeople and project managers, you will be liaising with various teams on site including planning, operations, procurement to ensure projects for the automation team are scheduled and resourced effectively.

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to cope with change
A “can-do” attitude and tenacious approach to see tasks through to completion
Negotiation skills and ability to provide diplomatic feedback to ensure a positive outcome for all
Heavy industry background would be advantageous
Project Management qualifications or working towards would be advantageous for us and you.
Strong computer literacy
