At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a finance administrator role.
Experience with Quickbooks accounting package (advantageous).
Relevant tertiary education / qualifications.
Maintain and ensure cash management is done accurately and as per process.
Complete bank account balancing daily.
All banking and credit transactions accurate and done timeously.
All banking documents electronic filing up to date always.
Ensuring all invoices are SARS compliant.
Ensure allocation of entries in accounting package are to the correct general ledger account.
All reconciliations to be done on time, in the correct format and accurate.
All creditor payments done on time.
Ensure all VAT categories in accounting package are correct.
Assistance with fleet administration management, i.e. E-tolls, vehicle licenses updated and renewed and traffic fine administration.
Balancing invoices to statements prior to payment.
Prepare invoicing and process batches.
Assistance with insurance to asset verification.
Assistance with bank account balancing.
