Discovery Is Recruiting: Vendor Resource Administrator – Internship: South Africa
Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to
Prioritise and manage the onboard, offboard and transfer of contractors accurately and timeously according to the Vendor Resource SOP.
Maintain trackers and registers for both Resource and Contract Management.
Change Management. Support all changes and ensure data is aligned with the Vendor Resource SOP.
Reporting. Present an overview of weekly tasks.
Take ownership of queries and communication. monitor, analyse, resolve, and report any queries and issues adequately and timeously.
Continuously strive to enhance service improvements.
Third Party Service Provider onboarding administration and assistance with Third Party Service Provider due diligence as set out in the Vendor Management Process
Contract management lifecycle for lower-risk Service Providers according to the Vendor Management Process. This includes, but is not limited to contract reviews, vendor dashboards, and notices.
Assist with similar aspects for any other Third Parties as required. 10. Additional duties as assigned
