WEIGHBRIDGE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

Control all dispatch and receiving documentation daily.

Control and oversee all reports and any related problems.

Recording of all inbound & outbound tickets on a daily log sheet.

Report any weight or commodity discrepancies immediately.

Conduct regular vehicle-on-weighbridge checks.

Consolidate weight in and out reports as required.

Conduct daily audit on inbound and outbound tickets and reports. Identify all commodities and confirm actual grading of commodity.

Any adhoc duties requested by management regarding stock control.

Record keeping of calibrations on weighbridges.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and quality specifications.

Requirement:

Matric

2+ years’ Experience in Weighbridge system Commodity knowledge (Chrome ,Coal , Lithium)

Industry Knowledge

Advanced Microsoft Excel essential

Excellent written & verbal communication skills
