Responsibilities
Provide an efficient, cost-effective occupational medical service through the provision of chest x-rays part of standard medicals to RBM employees and external contractors.
Monitor employee’s health by comparing periodic medical results with previous medical information to determine potential deterioration.
Provide assistance with medical emergencies
Operate and maintain X-ray equipment.
Perform quality assurance programs on equipment as per manufacturer recommendations.
Compile report to directorate of radiation, department of health.
What you’ll bring
Degree in Radiography
Professional registration with HPCSA2 years experience as an Occupational Health Nurse and 1 year experience running a clinic in an Industrial Setting.Experience with casualty and emergency services would be highly advantageous.
