Job Description
The Centre for the AIDS Programme of Research in South Africa (CAPRISA) invites graduates who are currently unemployed and have completed a qualification in the field of study of Information Technology to submit applications.
The successful candidate will join the CAPRISA team based at Head Office.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
A Diploma, or relevant IT qualification
A+ & N+
Microsoft qualification would be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities
Analyse, diagnose and resolve IT issues.
Managing the companies IT hardware, in terms of setting up new laptops ensuring that the office Audio, Visual and video conferencing systems are in good working order,
Co-ordinating repairs when required and upgrading outdated laptops.Assist in monitoring the day-to-day operations of the help desk.Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution.Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.Supporting networked multifunction printers.
Provide 1st level support to end users
