Regional Skills Trainer : Rohloff Group – South Africa

What is the job:

In this role you will effectively drive all Learning & Development interventions in your region, to up-skill employees with the necessary knowledge, skills and capability to be in line with Yum Standards and Rohloff Administration’s strategic objectives.

What will be expected of you?

Ensure that all training program requirements and objectives are met.

Assisting with in store recruitment.

Support RGM’S with orientation and training of new team members and managers (LAS) in the region.

Ensure the learning zone (Vault) courses such as Induction, and Team Member Basics are completed.

Ensure training certifications are completed and weekly tracking sheets are updated.

Issuing and monitoring of training plans to managers (LAS) and all team members

Assist with new store openings in terms of recruitment, Team Member training, and equipment training.

Keeping the KFC culture alive through Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX)

Bi-weekly and monthly reporting

Are you qualified?

Matric / Grade 12.

Formal qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent- advantageous

PC literate – proficient in MS Office particularly, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Did you do this before?

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a training role

Experience in Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) is advantageous.

Do you have what it takes?

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good interpersonal and management skills.

Strong planning and organisational skills.

Ability to self-manage.

Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships across board.

Valid Driver’s license own reliable transport.
