Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse, FMCG, stock controlling.
• Warehouse & logistics experience
• System controlling
• Skills and Knowledge
• Computer Literate
• Reporting
• To work required shift according to allocated shift rotation.
• To work overtime when necessary.
• Follow time and attendance procedure as stipulated.
• Check for further instructions before clocking off.
Duties & Responsibilities
Update daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports (Power BI Knowledge required)
Update daily production scoresheet and distribute to customer
Conduct daily comparisons and system verifications to ensure both systems are aligned (orders dispatched, stock in transit and received, Stock on Hand)
Assist with investigating stock variances
Be involved in continuous improvement initiatives
Review SOPs and ensure they are accurate and staff are adhering to them
Take full ownership and responsibility for all system related matters
Be available after hours as the first point of contact for system issues
Assist the Systems and Inventory Controllers as the first line of support regarding all system matters
Track all manual dispatches and ensure they are updated and processed
Download and distribute daily SOH reports from both systems for all sites
Stock take/Stock Checks/Stock Counts

Does daily cycle counts to ensure that stocks are accurate

Ensure all goods are in correct location

Compulsory participation in Stock Takes Storage

Correctly label goods and store in the designated location to avoid damages or theft

Ensure stock security Inbound/Outbound

Accurate receiving of goods

Accurate dispatching of goods

Accurate checking of goods

To ensure that all products are checked in accordance to the USC procedure.

Housekeeping

Assist with housekeeping at any given time as required

Ensure all PnDs are cleared by end of shift

Ensure all Pick Faces are tidy by end of shift.

Safety

Needs to follow safe working procedures in line with Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements as well as that of our customer

• Needs to wear all relevant PPE when on site

Submit to medical examinations from time to time as required

Submit to body searches on entering and departing from premises

Ensure all required daily, weekly and monthly Checklists are complete and submitted to HSSE Officer

Submit to alcohol testing on entering company premises and when required
