Anglo-American Is Hiring: Drill Rig Operator OC – South Africa

Job Description:

You will take on a range of different responsibilities which will include but not limited to:

Operating Drill Rigs
Cleaning of the drill tracks
Demarcating drill patterns and putting up demarcations
Cable handling and cable work
This role is in the Mining Department and is at a B4 level reporting to the Drill Foreman.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
Valid Drill Rig Operator license/s e.g Pit Viper 351, 271 and 235, Sandvik 410 and D65
Important: Applications without copies of qualification/s and machine operator licenses related to the requirements will not be considered

Experience

3+ years’ experience in in operating drill rigs in drilling operations within the open pit mining environment
