Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and network issues
Maintain Windows environment with some Macs

Manage backups and user profiles
Monitor system performance

Resolve technical issues
Document processes
Provide training for new users


Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Macs
