The company is recruiting for Human Resource Interns x 2.

The successful incumbent will be based in Springs and report to the HR Department at Enstra.

About the Company:

The Enstra Paper site is based in Springs close to Johannesburg. With over 60 hectares of manufacturing space, Enstra Paper is not only strategically located in South Africa with regards to proximity to the largest waste paper supply, but also the biggest market for recycled paper.

ENSTRA PRODUCES HIGH QUALITY PRINTING PAPER, SECURITY PAPER AND PACKAGING PAPER PRODUCTS FOR USE THROUGHOUT INDUSTRY.

The mill has a highly skilled team, which understands the technical processes and has expertise in all necessary areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To complete training requirements as set out by Enstra PaperUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Ensure that personnel files are kept up to datePerform reference and criminal checksAssist with Administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection process

Assist with termination and on-boarding processes and procedures .Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in;-
Human Resources Management
Industrial Psychology
Clear criminal record
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
