Role Purpose:
To provide learners with an opportunity to enrol for a national certificate in Food & Beverage Packaging NQF 2 Learnership
Safety, Health & Environment:
To ensure a safe working environment where all legal requirements are met in a socially responsible manner.
Use PPE.
Report incidents.
Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Undergo the structured learning programme that has both on the job learning requirement and off the job learning as an integrated programme.Complete the logbook and portfolio of evidence documentation to successfully complete the qualification.
Completion of theoretical learning, practical application, and assessments within the learnership.
Good problem-solving skills
High energy level with love for challenge and improvement
PC literacy
Ability to communicate effectively at different organisational levels
To ensure that effective teamwork occurs within and across shifts and teams at different levels.
Handover to the Operator of the next shift communicating performance, problems and changes that may impact on the shift.
