Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of required contractual service activities of allocated customer sites (person must be based in Sasolburg).
Ensure the retention of allocated customer accounts being serviced.Compiling of weekly and monthly customer reports.Submission and communication of weekly service reports.Interpretation of CSR and taking corrective actions.
Customer operational level interaction and communication with regards to site service activities and continuous improvement.
Ensure that we are EHS compliant (as per SHE plan) and that housekeeping is in order.
Monitor the performance of all site chemical dosing and monitoring equipment.
Responsible for required calibrations and maintenance of all site equipment.Responsible for field lab test work as and when required.Managing on-site contract labour.Ensure that Customer Service Excellence Files are in place and updated.
Ensure correct chemical dosing and inventory control (consumption, ordering & forecasting) is done and in place.
Responsible for the identification and implementation of customer value generation projects.
Responsible for living and demonstrating the AECI BIGGER values.
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric with Math’s & Science.Tertiary qualification (diploma / degree) in relevant technical field is a preference.Must have knowledge and experience in cooling water, boilers, liquid/solid separation, influent/effluent and related equipment.
Proven track record in customer service delivery and customer retention.
