Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Engagements
Business Engagements:
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into easily understandable proposals
Scan healthcare industry environment for generic industry requirements and build into a URS.
Product team & Business team
Supporting and assisting all teams and team members as Business Analyst.
Supporting the training process.
Identify bottlenecks and come up with novel ways to solve them.
Understand generic healthcare industry requirements.
Maintain in-depth knowledge in the focus area of our products.
Supporting creation of business requirements documentation.
Ability to partake in client workflow analysis to support scope of work finalization
Project and Scrum Team Engagements:
Working within the Project Team as Business Analyst.
Working with the other team members to investigate problems.
Building and developing high quality solutions to problems.
Creating functional specifications with acceptance criteria in accordance with business stakeholders, technical leads or solution architects.
Support the entire product lifecycle (concept, scoping, design, test, release and support).
Responsible for (business) demonstrations and presentations.
Participating in agile scrum events.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Education & Experience Required:
3+ years clinical experience.
3+ years business experience.
Direct experience with user story writing in an Agile environment.
Demonstrated user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
Familiarity with various documentation tools, issue tracking tools (Confluence and JIRA) and wireframing.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be highly innovative, flexible and self-directed.
Experience working in a software development company.
Knowledge of healthcare certifications and industry standards (like Meaningful use requirements, HIPAA standards, SNOMED, CDA, ICD, HL7, etc).
Knowledge about business process management, notation and tools.
Must be able to work well on a personal level with colleagues.
Degree or certifications is a bonus (like clinical qualifications).
Healthcare domain expertise is a bonus.
Working conditions/Environment:
May be required to work beyond office hours – some nights and weekends – as required by the needs of the department and this position as well as the needs of the organization.Travel might be required for clinical workshops at client sites.Ability to attend and conduct presentations is required.Manual dexterity required to use laptop, iPad and peripherals.
