Key Responsibilities:
Technical systems architecture design and configurations.Prepare technical documentation and specifications.
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of server and hypervisor operating systems.Network installation, configuration, and continuous monitoring.
Diagnosis of network issues, monitoring switches, routers and Network cards.Onsite, O365 and remote and onsite desktop support.
Printer configuration and support.PABX system support and maintenance.General hardware and software support.
Backup software installation and maintenance.Anti-Virus software installation, updating, and monitoring.Attend technical meetings with the customer.
Update and maintain the site records / support logs via the helpdesk system.
Qualifications:
BTech in Information Systems or an IT related Diploma (NQF 6 or higher) or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Information Technology .You are a South African citizen and reside in the Western Cape.
You are between the ages of 19 and 28.Grade 12 – RequiredDriver’s licence and own vehicle
