National Diploma in Safety Management
Requirements:
Driver’s license
Computer literate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site inspections and complete relevant registers.
Coordinate internal and external training and update training matrix.
Conduct planned task Observations and give reports and recommendations.
Review Safe work procedures.Manage PPE stock, (Issuing and ordering).Ensure safety site compliance by all visitors, employees, and contractors.Coordinate and ensure up to date legal appointments.
Conduct inductions for all contractors and new employees.
Ensure all SHEQ records are up to date.
Implement safety programs and policies.
Ensure continuous safety awareness on the site.
Investigate and record all incidents and accidents.
NB: Candidate should be a team player, have good communication skills (verbal and written), exercise a high degree of self-discipline, confidentiality, and demonstrative initiative.
