DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the financial objectives of Qpro Feeds – Bethlehem are achieved.Determine short- and long-term strategic goals and priorities of Qpro Feeds – Bethlehem.Optimal management and utilization of the assets.
Analysis of Qpro’s policies, processes and practices to identify where risks exist and where additional measures are required.Continuous liaison with the Executive Management, suppliers and members of management to establish and nurture long-term relationships and strengthen the identity of Qpro Feeds within the VKB Group as well as independently.
Ongoing support and advice to management teams, internal and external clients to create a healthy work environment where the full potential of employees are utilized and developed.
Monitor performance of Qpro Feeds – Bethlehem using key metrics and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
Implement guidelines for efficient production scheduling, storage of raw materials and finished goods and feasible delivery solutions.
Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets (optimize expenses)
Stay up to date on new technology and ways to make process improvements.
