Aftermarket Mining Sales Representative: Johnson Controls
What you will do
Aftermarket Mining Sales Representative will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the service sales activities related to our clients in the mining industry. Your focus will be on maintaining current relationships and sourcing new business.
You will be based at the Carletonville Branch.
How you will do itAs a Sales Representative you will chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities for our service business in mining industry. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products and services.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You’re determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
What we look for
Required
National Degree/Diploma in any field
Minimum 3 years’ of experience in the mining industry
Fluent language skills in Afrikaans and English
Adherence to the company’s policies to ensure work ethic
Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
Tough minded personality
Have to travel to different customers
Resident in Carletonville or near locations such as Potchefstroom, Fochville, Randfontein, Vereeniging
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in the mechanical or electrical engineering
Sales experience in the related industry
