You are responsible for

This role is primarily responsible for collection of government accounts in South Africa •To complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.

Ensure directives are followed and exceptional actions taken as a result to

Load invoices to customer portal

Follow up with government hospitals

Provide detailed recon to customers

Send out statements and Invoices

Following up with customers for outstanding payments

Drive resolution of disputes with other business functions

Allocate customer payments

Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred.

You are a part of

Carrying out general activities to support the execution of Finance activities.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

· Finance background or any degree equivalent·Computer Literacy knowledge such as and not limited to excel and end user programming

·Excellent Interpersonal skills
·Good communication skills
·Team player
