Generalized handyman work i.e. plumbing, tiling, carpentry, replacement of ceiling boards, woodwork
Proactive Maintenance – Compile list of required materials and give requests to Facilities Manager as and when needed, to enable successful execution of maintenance.Conduct daily building inspections and regular inspections of the facilities and equipment.
Manage Staff LockersReport repairs and maintenance to be done to Helpdesk.Ensure that office storage space and bulk filing room is neat and tidy.Technical Services – Assist with setting up and removal of arranged equipment for meeting rooms. i.e. laptops and projectors
Take monthly electrical readings.Conduct weekly generator checks and top up on diesel levels as required.
Business support – Replace toners on photocopiers and fill up on paper daily.

At least 3 years’ experience gained within Facilities Management Service Delivery environment.
5 years’ experience in a general assistant (handyman) or similar role
