Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk: Legal within the Financial Services division in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities and Duties
Contact debtors to collect on accounts which are in default
Prepare legal correspondence and documentationHandle questions or complaintsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesArrange payments, negotiate AOD’s and account settlementsRecover delinquent debt by instructing external attorneys to institute legal actionTrack and report progress of litigation mattersMarketing of debt collection servicesQualifications and Skills
Matric / Grade 12
Completed LLB-Degree / Credit Management or related field
3 – 5 years’ experience in a legal/collections environment (advantageous)
Experience in customer care (advantageous)
Knowledge of the National Credit Act
Professional registration with the relevant professional body
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Swordfish experience (advantageous)
File management
Valid driver’s license
