Technical Service Centre Operator

Our company is looking for a school leaver to fill a Technical Service Centre position.

Duties Include:

Answer and direct telephone calls.

Maintain databases.

Compile and maintain records of technical activities and operations.

Prepare, program and test electronic hardware.

. Prepare orders as needed.

Troubleshoot problems that arise with equipment. General admin duties.

Requirements:

Proficient in the use of computers.

Strong communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Confident personality is a bonus.

Must be able to work under pressure.

60 First Avenue, Northmead, Benoni.

Mon – Fri 07h30 – 16h30.

Must reside in the East Rand area. No criminal record. Non-smoker.

Fluent in English.

Own transport required (drivers license).
