Preferred Qualifications
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Understand Banking-IT eco-system
Resolve FLEXCUBE system issues
Contribute in the implementation of all Flexcube modules, fixes.
Rationalize/Standardize FLEXCUBE product behavior across countries to ensure that all
countries are operating off the same soft base
Work with project team on interfaces into FLEXCUBE
Minimum qualification: B.Com IT, Informatics or an Engineering (Civil, Electrical.etc.)
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
Well-spoken and with advanced presentation skills;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Self-motivated and Driven;
Technical Operation or Development exposure would be advantageous (technical roles)
Good verbal and written communication skills
