Minimum matric or equivalent qualification
Relevant post matric qualification Management Assistant N6/Office Admin Level 4
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Good administrative skills
Accurate typing skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Self-efficient, innovative, professional, detail orientated, and enthusiastic
Bilingualism (English and Afrikaans/IsiXhosa)
Advanced computer skills in MS Office
Frontline liaison with public and company image bearer
Prepare the boardroom and venues for meetings and functions
Typing of documentation
Taking of Minutes
Attend to queries
Answering of telephone
Welcoming and receiving of visitors
Handling faxes and other administrative tasks
