Receive and acknowledge customer orders and process customer orders.
Liaise with customers via telephone and email.
Liaise with Warehouse on daily orders being dispatched
Sales invoicing for Local and Export orders
Liaise with various departments regarding orders – planning, procurement, production, shipping and warehouseProvide active support to the Sales team & team leader.
Create supplier purchase orders.Filing and ad hoc administrative duties Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices.Records kept according to Department’s requirements.Report day to day issues to supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric At least 2 years’ experience working in customer services environmentCustomer Service SAP knowledge preferredSound knowledge of sales and distribution processes and procedures
Excellent understanding of customer requirementsIntermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Customer services orientated
