Duties & Responsibilities

Maintenance Support

Carry out all Reactive Maintenance issued via Helpdesk and procurement supervisor in relation to the specified turnaround times per work orderAll completed work orders include lacour hours worked, material issued and related comments. This must be signed off by the procurement supervisor and handed to the Helpdesk for closure.

Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks allocated by the procurement supervisor from EAMin accordance with weekly schedule feedback to the procurement supervisor on PPM work ordercompetition.
All stock requests to be authourized by the procurement supervisor prior to stock being drawn from maintenance stores.
Ensure that all requests for furniture and non medical equipment repairs are carried out timeously.

Undertakes moves, additions and alterations for furniture and related equipment with correctt tools and equipment with nthe correct tools and equipment.

Maintain the upkeep for all furniture storage and work areas daily.Carry out furniture and equipment audit using bar code technology on relation to planned areas as specific by the asset refreshment schedule, maintained by the procurement supervisor.Ensure tat te workshop is tidy and presentable at all times.Ensure that all broken furniture is repaired daily and communicated to the logistics administrator for inclusion onto the asset register

All Staff to fully adhere to TFS House Rule and the occupational health and safety (OHS) Act located with the Human TResources Department.

Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of tools and materials used in teh assigned are of responsibility .

Understand and follow oral and written instruction.

Ability to plan, organise and control own work effort

Good people skills .

Excellent customer relation skillsQualificationsGrade 10/Std 82 Years experience
