Purpose of Job
The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous input and support into maintenance planning activities at various business units and to apply the planning processes at an operational level. To follow the Work Management work instruction.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
Create work orders.
Initiate job cost estimates (JCE’s) and purchase requisitions (PR’s)
Maintain user status on works orders and operations.
Assist with stage gate criteria
Do time confirmations on work order operations.
Validate data received for input.
Close works orders (TECO & business close)
Manage maintenance related documentation (JCE’s, inspection reports etc.)
Capture of equipment history.
Order material spares and follow up on delivery dates.
Liaise with different departments and customers.
Support Planner with planning and admin duties
Formal Education
Grade 12 with Maths and Science or equivalent Technical N3 with Englisth
Min Experience
Clerical
General office administration
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience to Operations Environment
Knowledge / Experience of work management process
Experience in document management
SAP Plant Maintenance Module Experience
Good / accurate typing skills
