The purpose of this 12 months graduate programme is to provide support to the Sales Division to ensure successful implementation of business solutions and initiatives that meet SABC’s objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for those who have completed their National Diploma/bachelor’s degree (NQF6/7) in IT/Computer Sciences with key focus on Data Analytics, Programming or related experience and looking to enhance their skills and experience in the work environment.
about the team
The aim of the position is to provide technical support to the system users by studying problems and needs within Sales. The role is also responsible for solution development, and maintenance of new system requirements that may arise as well as overseeing all system interfaces.
Provide system support to users within Sales Operations
Perform systems integration and data sanity checks for various processes.Generate custom information not present in production systems via SQL scripting as requested by users or management.Assist with the implementation and roll-out of new software releases.Continual monitoring of system performance.
