Job purpose

The purpose of the Switchboard Operator is to answer all incoming calls and direct it to the correct person
in the company or alternatively take a message.

Job objectives and Functions
Directing incoming calls
Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the
relevant person
Take detailed messages if required for individuals who
are not available to accept phone case

Qualifications and experience
NQF 4 Matric or Equivalent
1-2 years’ Receptionist
