Job Description

Responsible for taking full control over stock management and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF 4.

Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.Thorough understanding of stock rotation, expiry dates and limiting stock losses.Computer literate in MS Office.Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for daily stock count and stock control

Accurate and timeous transfer of stock between locations on system.Reconciliation of Production file.Assist with maintaining the level of stock within the authorized parameters and identifying non-moving stock

Ensure that all stock that is delivered complies with the Company’s policy.Ensure that physical stock & stock on the internal system, correlate.Ensure that stock matches the documents with pick-up (Ensure correct procedure for returns are followed including quantities, documents and signatories on documentation)Posting of consumables and reconciling with the system.Inventory control.Recognise and report on stock anomalies.Submitting weekly stock reports to manager.
