Hollywoodbets has an exciting opportunity available for a Contact Centre Support Team Leader to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The position will be responsible to assist in leadership and management of the Contact Centre Support Team as well as providing general operational assistance to the Contact Centre Management.

Minimum Requirements:

1 year+ experience in similar role of leadership.


Project management or working in project type roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to the CC Operations Support Specialist and CC Operations Administrators.
Assist with upskilling and improvement of the CC Operations Support Specialist and CC Operations Administrators within the team.

Guided responsibility for implementation of all new policies and procedures together with the CC Management Team
Drive all Rewards & Recognition projects in CC.
Providing assistance CEM & CCM for all administrative functions.
Directly liaising with developers and IT infrastructure team relating to practical problem solving as it affects Operations.
Execute on any ADHOC requests from CC Management.
Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.

Ensuring the Contact Center is neat and tidy and kept to a high std of cleanliness.

Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are carried out by the respective teams timeouslyEnsuring all JT, Asset Management, Downtime trackers and other such related tasks are completed by team.To be on call 24/7 on cell phone to provide support to Management.Liaisons and follow-ups with suppliers, vendors and department to be prioritized for timeously completion of tasks and projects.

Administration planning and tracking of tasks.
Responsible for performance management and adhering to the standard operating rhythms.
Potential shift work when required.


Ability to produce good quality results timeously and meet deadlines.
Strong reporting skills.
Ability to identify problems and take corrective action.

High sense of accountability towards work.
Ability to undertake comparative analysis of statistics and identify areas of improvement.
Ability to interact with others in a respectful and sensitive manner.
