Own transport is required.
12-month contract with possibility of extension
Interest in the health and beauty industry
Working hours: 08h00 – 16h00
Key Performance Areas
Office administration and filling.
Procurement of office supplies.
Scheduling and arrangement of meetings.
Responding to client emails.
Handling incoming calls.
Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.
Ensuring that the office is neat and organised.
Administration support to managers.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks that the manager might need.
