Main Purpose of Role:

Oversee all areas within the operation of our Woolworths Division

This role includes the active monitoring, investigations of anomalies and adherence to delivery SLA’s, KPI’s and other operational metrics related to Woolworths

Computer Literacy Level:

Knowledge of E2Open

A good grasp of Microsoft Suite ProgrammesIntermediate: MS Word,Excel,PowerPoint & Outlook

Job Related Requirements:

Own transport to and from work
Must be able to work overtime, shifts, weekends, as and when required
Must be willing to assist client after hours
Strong administration skills required
A minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role required
Minimum of 1 year experience in the courier industry

Must be able to attend training on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
Must be able to work Sundays
Be able to work under pressure and solve problems
The ability to liaise with clients on all levels
Disposition to be accurate and pay attention to detail
Must be able to work on reports and retrieve statistics
Work in a diverse team


Ability to problems solve quickly, effectively but smart

Ability to work within a team environmentStrong communication skills are essential

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties related to your department
Ensure the process flow is followed through within the operation
Ensure that all quarterly audit points are adhered to, relevant to your department
Management and execution of all queries related to your department
Investigate customer complaints and provide timeous feedback to the client
Ensure all drivers are at their delivery stores on time
Ensure all files are printed and handed over to the routes in the mornings before they depart
Scheduling of driver shifts and weekend rosters

Ensure that drivers are allocated to stores as per route schedules
Active arrangement of replacement and additional vehicles when required
Execute route assessments and regular store visits
Perform regular audits on drivers and vehicles
All incidents, feedback, and resolutions to be logged on E2Open

Daily reports to be followed up on out of standard deliveries .Ensure all handovers are actioned daily .Resolution and actioning of all parcels delivered out of SLALiaise with both internal and external clients daily .Pro-active approach with regards to feedback and queries within in the department is essential
