Exciting opportunities currently exist at our operations situated in the Brits area for dynamic:

Graduate in Training: Metallurgist (CL)- 5 positions (12- month fixed term contract)

Key Responsible Areas:Assisting and compiling PM and Chromite Beneficiation flowsheetsAssist with process monitoring, metal accounting and process optimisation.Assisting with sampling, sample preparation and metallurgical testing in a laboratory and processing plant environment.

Assist with and perform process monitoring, metal accounting and process optimisation tasks and projects.Perform shift work to understand the operations and make process and improvement recommendations.Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and compliance to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be considered for appointment into one of these positions, the successful candidates must;-

Have completed B.Eng. (Metallurgy), B Tech (Metallurgy) or National Diploma in Metallurgy

High level of Competence in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Willingness to work standby and overtime.Driver’s License.Competencies:The following competencies would ensure a successful job fit;-

Drive and energy, Technical Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Adaptability,

Accountability, Customer and Quality focus.These positions will form an integral part of our technical team and will report to the TechnicalManager as well as the Operations Superintendents; when busy with practical exposure.
