The successful candidate with be a self- motivated individual with a curious nature and maintain high accuracy standards

This individual will be responsible to generate reports on agent’s performance per campaign with regards to outcomes, results, and trends, provide QA briefing & training as and when required, conduct and complete assessments as per production targets and accuracy targets.Performing audits on agent calls and email communication to ensure compliance, assess employee demeanor, ensure campaign requirements are being met, technical accuracy, sales performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
12 months QA experience within the call centre
Experience must be within the Telco sector/local mobile retentions sector
C3D/ Sibel knowledge advantages

Skills Required:Excellent listening skills and attention to detailHighly proficient in MS Office

Must display good communication skills both written and verbal

Fluency in written and spoken English

Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation skills)We offer a basic salary of R6000 and KPI bonuses. Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted for this role.
