Introduction
At MMC, the selected candidates will develop core skills and competencies in a rapidly paced discipline with extensive coaching by mentors with technical and plant specific training. This is a valuable opportunity for talented candidates with the relevant qualifications to gain work experience within MMC. MMC Expectations
Provide own accommodation and transport for the entire duration of the training period.
Be available and committed to the entire duration of the 24-month training period starting on the 1st of July 2023 and comply with the conditions of the contractual agreement.
Be available to work shifts.
Abide by all MMC’s policies and procedures and contribute towards the company goals and motto of creating strength during this period.
Minimum Requirements
You must have completed one of the following qualifications to be considered for the opportunity:
Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
