CONTRACT PERIOD: 06 MONTHS
NUMBER OF DAYS PER MONTH: 16 DAYS RATE PER DAY: R200.00
Requirements: Higher Certificate in Office Administration!Management/Public Management or equivaknt A minimun of twelve moiifrs in the field Of Adrninistration Computer literacy in the Microsoft package (MS Word. Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook) be an added advantage
Duties and Requirements: Responsible for day today administration Of Expanded Public Works Progranvne project in the PM UM. Recording Of the data at the project level using templates provided by Departme Of nd Infrastructure. Capture the EPæ EPWP Working schedule as per the municipality needs. Compile monthly 9nd statistics EPWP performance. Compile the attendance register for payroll the atendance register and reports to PMU Unit Manager. Fililg all EPWP rdated documents Sunort and assist with all administration duties as required by PMI] team, Perform any other task assigned and delegated by the or superiors.
