Specific Role Responsibilities
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned and new accounts
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Identify and resolve client concerns
Participate in marketing events ie Golf days
Customer visits daily
Ensuring OEM processes and policies are adhered to
Cold calling (new business/accounts)
Debtors – follow up and assist accounts department
Approval of panel shops
Call reports – feedback from customers
Qualifications and Experience
3-5 years working experience as a Rep
1-2 years experience as a Parts Rep (Business to Business)
A valid driver license
Motor industry knowledgeable
Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent
