To take responsibility of transporting the Group C.E.O and Group C.E.O’s delegates in a safe and timeous manner whilst abiding to all applicable rules and regulations governing people transport.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 or equivalent level of education essential.
Conduct the relevant pre-trip checks (inspection) on the allocated vehicle daily and ensure that the vehicle conforms to the National Road and Traffic Act regulations.Report any maintenance requirements to the Fleet Manager.Maintain and complete daily log and inspection sheets.Complete delivery of other resources and delegates were necessary.Prioritise job requests to optimize time and fuel efficiency.Transport delegates safely and efficiently.Park vehicle in secure Company facilities and ensure the vehicle/s is locked and store keys in a safe place.Ensure that over weekends and/or during public holidays, the vehicle is filled up on the day before the start of such weekends or holidays.
