INTRODUCTION

QPro Feeds is a dynamic Animal Feed Manufacturing business with a facility in both Bethlehem and Vrede. We are responsible for producing animal feed to in-house clients as well as external clients in the monogastric and ruminant fields.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Grade 12
At least 3-years proven work experience within an Administrative role
Proven working knowledge of MS Excel
Working experience with Navision would be an advantage
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure pricing on orders are correct before invoicing.
Ensure quantity loaded and shipped is correct according to loading documentation.
Verify delivery dates on orders before invoicing.
Ship and invoice orders when product has been loaded.
Send Invoices for approval.
Obtain all signed POD’s from Transporters: Customer copy, Dispatch copy, security copy and weighbridge ticket.
Ensure all documents are attached to the POD: Dispatch, security, and weighbridge ticket.
Filing of POD’s according to date.
Follow-up on all POD queries
Ensure credit notes are accompanied with an NCR number.
Process credit notes
Ensure all supported documents are attached.
Filling of credit memos according to dates.
Continues follow-up on all discrepancies.
Assist with ad-hoc reception / administrative duties from time to time.
