Purpose of the Job

The People Delivery Assistant will provide administative support to the People Delivery Specialist within the Western Cape Supply Chain Region. The successful candidate will work closely with the People Delivery Specialist to provide effective and effecient service to internal stakeholder. The role also provides ad hoc support services as required within the People function beyond administrative functions thereby furthering the Supply Chain People agenda.

(Essential)


+1 year in an HR administrative or HR Assistant role with exposure to various aspects of the HR employee lifecycle –delivering HR administration, HR support and Assistant HR service delivery functions or equivalent role.

Knowledge and SkillsBasic knowledge of recruitment techniques and processesComputer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication toolsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to plan and organiseEffective HR administration and people management skills
