Job Description
RCL FOODS is seeking a Maintenance Store Clerk to join our Baking Division. Our Bread Baking Plant is looking for a Maintenance Store Clerk that will assist with daily stores management and maintain good standing relationship with Suppliers. The role will be based in Pretoria West and will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Matric
Experience in Store Environment
Microsoft Outlook & Excel Knowledge
Sypro Experience
Logical thinking

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain good standing relationship with Suppliers.
Assisting Buyer with quotes and ordering of parts.
Receiving and Issuing of Parts on IT System.
Daily matching, completion of invoices.
Interaction with Creditiors.
Manage Stock Levels.
Manage Weekly Stock takes.
Month end Stock takes.
Assisting with daily stores managment.
Managing of Pragma Job cards for store usages.
Assisting with department CMMS System.
Assisting with department Health & Safety
