ABOUT THE POSITION
Malander is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk that is responsible for processing all invoices received, preparing reconciliations and facilitating payment to creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.Responsibilities:
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
Creditors experience of >4 years;
Experienced in large Creditors book value with local and international suppliers;
BCom or Diploma;
Able to navigate easily with accounting systems;
Immediately available
Market related salary.
