Job Description

We are a well-established FSP with over 30 years of experience in the Call Centre industry. We are looking for talented people to add to our award-winning Sales team, based in Umhlanga. Our company offers fantastic training and only wants to hire those that can envisage becoming extremely successful one day; therefore, you must be seeking a real career and be ambitious!

Responsibilities:

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, communicate product to the client and close effectively.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.Strong outbound sales ability.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Potentially Lead and Train a Successful sales team in the near future.

Applicants must possess the following:

Leadership skills, with the ability to train and lead others.

Sound communication practice with good listening and learning skills.Drive to succeed and the determination to work hard.A positive outlook and trustworthinessA neat and professional appearanceA minimum of 7 months call centre sales experience.
