Overview

The purpose of the role is to be a Supply Chain Learner and gain entry level experience.

Role Responsibilities

As a Learner – Supply Chain, you would learn to:

Loading Suppliers and vendor management

Creating Purchase ordersAssisting with RFP and RFQ processAssist with the tracking of Spend JustificationsManagement of invoices and purchase ordersAd hoc projects as required to increase efficiency within the departmentBuild good supplier relationships in respect to invoice processing and payment items.Ensure all filing of supporting documentation are done immediately, accurately and securely in line with group policy requirementsAssist with audit requestsMonthly reportsRequirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will have:
