Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:

National Diploma (NQF level 5) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication or related.

Experience

2 years experience in a sales and target driven environment.

1 – 2 years of proven experience in a customer service experience in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage.Technology: Proven computer literacy: Excel intermediate, MS Office.Sales: Critical knowledge of Sales techniques.Corporate sales: Experience in marketing products to business and corporates.Communication: FormalOrganisational: Manage and organise sales operations to achieve company and team goals

Skills Required

Ability to understand student recruitment targets and devise plans to achieve them effectively

Ability to conduct Business-to-Business presentations to drive sales and create brand awareness in the allocated zone.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsExperience using systems to manage the student recruitment processGood analytical skills to identify trends and sales patternsAbility to implement a successful student recruitment strategyTeam: Working as part of a team to achieve set goals and targetsPlanning, organization and problem-solving skillsAdvanced time management skills

Transport:

Access to own vehicle is advantageous as travelling to other sites is required to give presentations.

Remuneration

Market related (Basic plus commission)
